MORE PICS!

PICS!!!!

Some of our pictures from today and yesterday.

Quick Update!

Sorry I don't have much time to update you all but we are about to go back to work.

Describe Chile today: VERY COLD! VERY WET! But AMAZING!

Today we split into 4 different teams:

Eddie, Tim, Whitney, Derek, Krissie, Ryan, Robert, and Patrick were put in charge of clearing out an area covered in bricks from a fallen building where they want to put up a new community center. SWEET!!!!!

Andre, Karla, Chaim, Marvin, Daniel, Stephanie, Ashlyn, Esther, Alma, Cindy, Sara, and Manny (a local Chilean) split into two teams and worked on 2 houses and put in insulation to keep the families living there warm. They are working hard and doing a FANTASTIC JOB! The bus driver and his wife even joined them and pitched in!!!!!

Israel, Hugo, Albert, and Leo all went to another house to work on insulation and other needed tasks. They are such great workers they skipped lunch and are still working. Our Host (Jorge) is bringing them lunch when we leave.

We are all sad because Derek had to leave us today before lunch. He is heading home to warmer weather. He was a ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!

Two different respected Chilean Men told us that this is the COLDEST winter they have ever experienced in thirty years!!!!

We are about to leave lunch and go back to work! Pictures to come at dinner! (No time now). WE LOVE YOU ALL!
